Before talking about technical backlog we should add some context, so are going to talk about technical debt first.
Ward Cunningham said that “some problems with code are like financial debt. It’s OK to borrow against the future, as long as you pay it off”. After this metaphor, he coined the term “Technical Debt” to define this situation.
